With four generations of industry experience, Harrington and Sons Roofing Contractors provide quality workmanship you can depend on.

Beginning in Somerville, Massachusetts, President Tim Harrington set out to accomplish two goals: to serve the community in good-standing with a focus on residential and commercial roofing, and to educate homeowners on the re-roofing process and maintaining their existing roof. After Hurricane Andrew, Harrington and Sons moved to South Florida in 1992; establishing our office in Boca Raton.

We understand the difficulty of navigating a new roof product, and we are always here to help ease those tensions. For this reason, we are proud to be known as The Home of the Original Transferable Warranty.

We are currently the only licensed roofing contractor that also cleans roofs in the area. We have perfected the art of SoftWash, removing years of built-up dirt and debris in an effective, environmentally responsible fashion.

We also educate our clients on how to maintain an energy-efficient attic. We use a variety of products to ensure proper heat management, such as: Radiant Barrier, insulation, solar-powered vents, and soffit vents.

We have installed over 2,000 residential roofs, and we have repaired 10,000 more.
